Shyness and rigidity are personality traits that seem unrelated but they can both limit one’s growth. As with any other personality traits there are certainly some benefits of these attributes. Shyness may help avoid one joining a dangerous group and rigidity may help one’s sense of discipline. However, they also block one from exploring new paths that can help one grow.
There is a close mind-body link and this is a link that allows one to use a body posture to influence the mind state. In our app we use breathing sequences that not only focus on the breath but also involve body movements that require the user to open the throat and look forward or upwards. The breath sequences seen in the Learning Studio also encourage one to open the chest and shoulders and to stretch the spine. Additionally the breath is done with different breath phases as described by the videos in the learning studio.
In this app we also have the Breath Timing audio-visual feature which allows one to follow long complex breath sequences.
The app comes with default playlists of both videos and of breath timing sequences. A user can start with these playlists and then use the customization feature to create other playlists that suit his or her need. These playlists can be used to guide oneself through a sequence at times set by you using the reminders feature in the customization area.
