Mindful breathing done with positive visualization and positive self-affirmation provides a very important tool that can help stabilize highs and lows of life. One has to remind oneself that the dejection from the lows will pass as will the euphoria from the high. Just as time heals emotional traumas adoration and success can also blind one to reality.
In the app we have chosen several breath sequences that cater to stabilizing one’s mind and feeling optimistic.
You can also use any of the sequences you have learnt from the Learning studio to do breaths of different time periods by using the breath timing audio-visual feature of the app in the Customization space. The breath timing feature not only allows you to alter the breath time and phases to your desire it also allows you to choose images that may uplift you and affirmations that allow you to overcome negative feelings.
A large number of affirmations are placed in the breath timing library of affirmations. You can also type in anything you find meaningful to you. The affirmations may be uttered as you exhale if you choose to do so.
The app comes with default playlists of both videos and of breath timing sequences. A user can start with these playlists and then use the customization feature to create other playlists that suit his or her need.
